Training & Consulting
I offer specialised consulting and coaching services to help organisations and educational institutions cultivate inclusive and productive environments. My approach assists individuals, teams, and leaders in understanding and valuing neurodiversity, thereby improving team dynamics, communication, and overall efficiency. Services include:
Neurodiversity Awareness Presentation & Q&A (1hr)

A general introduction to ADHD, ASD, and neurodiversity, tailored for different groups. This session can be delivered online or in person and extended to include individual or group meetings.
Neurodiversity Training
(full or half-day event)

A presentation followed by a workshop with activities in breakout groups on neurodiversity in the workplace. Participants explore the topic with their team members, evaluate the relevance of ideas and initiatives to their own environment, and propose practical measures to address areas of need.
Coaching / Mentoring for Individual Employees and Small Teams

Offering coaching and mentoring to support employee development at work. My expertise in neurodiversity, combined with experience in higher education, makes me well-suited to support academics, administrators, and support staff in the university sector.
Why Work with Me?
With over 30 years of experience in the education sector, I have held various roles, including external examiner and consultant for undergraduate and postgraduate courses across the UK. My advisory roles have encompassed strategic reviews of A-Level, BTEC, and GCSE qualifications in music and music technology.
My teaching experience spans all age groups, from young school children to retired adults, encompassing one-to-one music tuition, creative workshops, and formal classroom settings, including A-Level and diploma courses, university lectures, and seminars. I have also managed individual projects and doctoral research supervision, as well as provided specialist neurodiversity support within academic settings.
In senior university leadership roles, I have guided departments through periods of growth and challenging times of decline, becoming adept at navigating the complexities of structural change. These roles have honed my ability to work effectively with colleagues, leverage individual strengths, inspire teams, and manage with empathy and respect during challenging periods.
This extensive background enables me to offer organisations practical, evidence-based strategies that foster neuroinclusive cultures, enhance team performance, and support the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals.
