Is coaching like therapy?

While therapy delves into past experiences and emotions, coaching is future-oriented and action-focused.  We won't analyse your past, but rather work together to design your future. 

We explore practical tools and strategies to manage your challenges, improve productivity and cultivate positive habits that build on your existing strengths.

Is it for me?

Life coaching can benefit anyone looking for a renewed clarity and purpose in their life.  It can help you define goals, balance priorities and manage change.  It also helps to improve your self-awareness, work-life balance and both professional and personal relationships.

You don't have to have ADHD or any other neurodivergent condition to benefit, but if you do, I can draw on my specialist training to support you with empathy and understanding.
