Looking for personal support?
I’m a qualified professional and life coach with a deep understanding of the challenges many LGBTQ+ people face. If life feels off track, if your ambitions have faded, or if you keep finding yourself stuck in the same old patterns — I can help.
So many of us have learned to shape ourselves around criticism — to mask, to adapt, to blend in. Over time, it can become hard to know what we actually want, and we can lose sight of who we are. Your life does not have to be like this!
Coaching offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin again with purpose. I offer confidential, non-judgmental support to help you move forward — reconnecting with your strengths, rebuilding your confidence, and designing a future that’s truly your own.
If you're interested in finding out more, I'd love to hear from you.
I look forward to hearing from you!
